The team and leadership need to brush up with their customer service skills. We never get to test drive the car until after already bought the car. We didn’t know how much is the cost of the car until customer service skills. We never get to test drive the car until after already bought the car. We didn’t know how much is the cost of the car until we are in the process of signing the documents. Nobody showed us and/or walk us through about the functionalities and/or features of the car. The manager was very busy playing with other customer about the functionalities of his cars than entertaining us. Everything was done post haste. Everybody was in a hurry to get home. Their focus was towards making profit than making satisfied customers. We are very unhappy with our experience and we’ll not recommend this place to anybody. More
