From the minute I walked through the door Steve Lakomski was very welcoming and personable. It was like I was dealing with a friend and not a salesman. He took the time to go through many different options and pricing scenarios with me. I could tell that he had my best interests in mind and never made it feel like he was selling me something, but more that he was helping me find exactly what it was I wanted. He was able to answer every question I had and even brought up some things I didn't even think to ask. When he passed me off to John Minichino to sign the paperwork John made sure I understood everything I was signing. He thoroughly explained the process as we went through it and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Both guys were open and honest with me, very friendly and conversational, and made me feel really valued and appreciated.
