Great salesman, not so great for out of state registration Sales person Mike was awesome. He was respectful and friendly and helped me with everything for purchasing my new truck. But it was after the sale I had a problem with dealing with finance guy Jonathan. I'm from Massachusetts and I wanted to transfer my veteran plates to my new truck. I was told this wouldn't be a problem. But I show up to pick up my registration and they registered my new truck with commercial plates! He told me it had to do with the weight of the vehicle and I told him countless times that my truck should not be registered as commercial in MA, as it does not meet the qualifications. I reached out to Jonathan multiple times and he never called me back like he said he would. I had to show up to the dealership to speak to him each time where he was rude and acted like he knew the laws of MA better than my MA auto insurance company and the MA DMV, who both stated that he messed up in registering my vehicle and that it should of never been registered as commercial. He showed absolutely no interest in attempting to fix the problem, despite that I paid Branhaven to PROPERLY and LEGALLY register my vehicle, which they did not do. His lack of motivation to help fix his mistake made me have to go to the DMV myself, where I fixed the problem, doing his job, and confirmed the fact that my truck should of never been registered as commercial in the state of MA. It was absolutely rediculous and why I could never recommend a dealership that wouldn't respect a customer and fix a problem when they were the ones who caused it. More
