I was very impressed with Duncan's willingness to negotiate what I felt was a fair price on a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Other dealers told me they could not negotiate a price that would fit my budget for this model and therefore tried to get me to purchase a model I did not want. Duncan worked tirelessly in and out of normal business hours to make the vehical I wanted affordable. Jonathan was very friendly and knowledgable about the products he sells. Neither of these gentlemen were pushy but instead they approached this sale with open ears and actually listened to my wants and needs. They went above and beyond for me and I thank them both for all their assistance. The environment is both physically and philsophically family oriented. My daughter actually enjoyed the process because of the play area, chips and beverages! Everyone was so very nice to all of us and made us feel at home. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! More

I recently purchased my FIRST car from Branhaven. It's been a week and couple days since I gotten my 2012 Jeep Patriot and I absolutely love it! Johnathan was by far the best sales man I've ever dealt with. I've been to other dealerships where they tell you any and everything to sell a car. Not with Johnathan he was very straight forward, told me all the in's and out's of the vehicle. Told be about things that I didn't even know existed in a car. He took his time and made sure I understood everything. This was by far the best experience ever. I can't leave out Brandon out he also took his time with me and went through all the paperwork and made sure I understood all the warranties. THANKS AGAIN JOHNATHAN & BRANDON!! He also doesn't call and bother you like a lot of other sales people I spoke to at other dealers when I was searching for my truck. When it was time to do the paperwork Brandon was efficient and had everything ready for me before I got there. He didn't try to add anything on other than offering a service plan that I found very reasonable - he put no pressure on me about this plan and I was glad he suggested it. I would recommend this dealership to everyone and would suggest you get in touch with Jonathan and give him a chance to find what you need. More

Overall a good experience. Jonathan was able to locate the exact vehicle I was interested in buying and had it delivered to the dealership within days. I was in the market for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and had not purchased from Branhaven before so I decided to give them a chance and was not disappointed. In fact out of the few Jeep dealerships Ive and had not purchased from Branhaven before so I decided to give them a chance and was not disappointed. In fact out of the few Jeep dealerships Ive dealt with in the past Branhaven was the best. Jonathan Minichino was the Sales Consultant that provided me with the service that should be expected when purchasing a new/used vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the Jeep brand and was able to provide alot of information about how the features and systems of the new Jeep brands function and did an excellent job of following through with the sale of the Jeep I purchased in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Branhaven Jeep to anyone looking for a new/used Jeep, Chrysler or Dodge. More
