After you walk out with your keys to your new car They are pretty much done with you!!! Here is my review: Steer clear of Branhaven!!! Purchased a car here in 2013 (after already having purchased 2 others 1 year prior), have had constant issues with it and have made 6 visits for the same problem to service. While Sam is the only one at this facility that I can now stomach speaking to because he seems to be the only one that understands my frustration, I have yet to get an actual call from the owner even after MULTIPLE messages left on voice mail, with the receptionist and email. And my car still has its issue. I will never purchase a car from here ever again, and I will be sure all my friends know as well. And this is the email I wrote to the Dealer Principal on May 8th and have yet to get a call, and the response I got was "I'm very concerned about your radio" my radio!! If that's the only thing your concerned with then there is a problem Robert, I have been trying to reach out to you very unsuccessfully since last Thursday. Myself and my husband have had various issues with your dealership that are not very positive. And as of late your staff there have reached an all-time low so much that myself and my husband will absolutely never shop at your facility again. I expressed my frustration to Sam in service and he advised me over a week ago that I would hear from you directly. First, my husband and I in the past 3 years have purchased 3 vehicles from your dealership. We also referred many co-workers to your facility. First problem, my husband leased a new Dodge Ram back I believe in 2012, we put down over $7000 cash on this offer, once his lease was recently up we tried MULTIPLE times to get a hold of your finance department to see what our options were with no callback from Brandon. At one point we were told “he is so busy your best bet would to be to just come in” yet when we bought all 3 vehicles he was readily available to get all the contracts written up! Jason was finally able to get a hold of him and he came in to trade in the vehicle and was told “you have too much negative equity in the truck” NEGATIVE EQUITY??? We put 7 THOUSAND dollars CASH DOWN!!! Well little did we know, we went to another dealership and was told that with the leasing option you gave us, if we were to trade the vehicle in that a “premium” would have to be paid. So we had no other option but to buy the truck outright at the end of lease. Seems like a very sneaky way to get your customers to buy at lease end. Secondly, I leased a jeep back in 2012, decided it might not be the right vehicle for me, so I traded it in for a 2013 Dart turbo. No issues with the trade in, but after a year really wasn't in love and had been having many issues with the radio (which we will get to) so I went down took a peek at a few other vehicles and a few days later was called to come down and see what you all could do for me for a trade in. myself and my husband drive down and Duncan without even looking at the vehicle said, “no way, you got a great deal, we cannot get you out of it” I said ok and left. About a month later I received another call from a young lady stating I should come down right away because you guys had some amazing sales going on and were willing to get me out of my lease early. I went down, asked for the person who called me and Duncan promptly sent over John to tell me there is no way I can get out of my lease and sorry for the phone calls, but it’s not possible. So that makes two trips to a dealership that called me to come down! Thirdly, I have been back to service 6 times for the same issue and it hasn't been escalated to management? On multiple occasions the touch screen in my vehicle has gone black, unable to push any buttons and frozen. I've been told that the screen was replaced, the components have been replaced and there is nothing else that could be the problem, however I STILL keep having the same issue. The last time I was in for the same problem was last week, Sam had appreciated my composure and thanked me for being so patient. Well my patience went out the window when I received a call from Sam on Thursday telling me “Chrysler was here and there is nothing they can do” nothing they can do??? My radio is not functioning as it should. Back a few months ago, the 4th time I was having the issue I was lucky enough to catch a video with my phone of the radio malfunctioning and I came in and showed Sam the video, his response was Steph I believe you. I said well I just wanted to show you so that you people don’t think I am crazy. Fast forward to this time, he wants another video and stated unless I can get a video they were not willing to replace anything else. So your service team is suggesting I illegally and unsafely carry my cell phone with me at all times waiting for my radio to malfunction even though I already showed Sam a video?? That is when I asked to speak to Chad. Chad came on the phone explained to me the same things Sam did and I mentioned the suggestion of the illegal and unsafe recording and he backed off and got very defensive telling me he does not suggest that and none of his employees would suggest that. Well, your service rep just did!!! I was very upset and he was doing absolutely nothing but escalating the issue with his extremely unprofessional attitude. I asked to speak with a manager and he stated they were on vacation, I then asked to speak with you and he told me that you were unavailable. He sensed my frustration, but was very sure to tell me to “have a fabulous day!” making me even more furious!!! I then spoke to the service team over at my company who are very well familiar with your service department and they suggested I call back and gather some info. Well that set Chad off and he was unwilling to assist me. I asked him if the parts that were replaced were ordered or something in stock at your facility. He confirmed they were ordered. I asked him if I could see the recipes of the items ordered for my vehicle and he became extremely defensive and told me “absolutely not Mrs. Rispoli!” this led me to believe what I was being told just might be correct. customers being told that things are being ordered and completed but that not actually happening. And I suggested that the work may not have been actually completed and from there on he was not willing to speak with me any longer. If the parts were ordered and placed in my car then why the issue of not providing me with proof? I don’t see the issue here. Maybe you can give me some insight. And lastly, I was just wondering if you were ever advised that I was actually involved in a motor vehicle accident while at your facility? I was retrieving my vehicle from service (again for a radio issue) and one of your sales people was in a vehicle with a customer and he hit me head on. I never received a call to make sure I was ok either, this to me was another sign of a dealership that really doesn't care once their customers walk out the front door. I will be writing my review online about your dealership and I will be sure everyone at my job knows about all of these issues that keep piling on. Above and beyond I put a review on when I first purchased my 2014 RAM 1500 Eco Diesel and as I mentioned I usually do not take the time or effort to write reviews. I h I put a review on when I first purchased my 2014 RAM 1500 Eco Diesel and as I mentioned I usually do not take the time or effort to write reviews. I had a problem with the Catalytic converter and I guess it is not the only one that they have changed with this Eco Diesel motor, The point being is they recognized the problem and were more than understanding that I needed a truck while mine was being repaired. I really wanted a truck with a hitch because I needed to pull a trailer to Florida and back for bike week. That being said I know it was an unreasonable request to ask anyone to allow me to put over 3000 miles on a truck they are allowing me to borrow. They did say if I was staying in state they would get me a truck with a hitch and I thought that was very nice and above and beyond the call of duty. . When this whole thing started Jonathan (my salesman) took me in the back to Sam ( who works in service) who listened to my problem and tried to offer a solution. Even the sales manager (Duncan) was involved and concerned about me. I have worked in sales for 0ver 24 years in a service oriented business and I have never seen any sales rep in the car industry try to help once you purchased a vehicle and drove it off the lot. They always bring you back to service and dump you in their lap. That did not happen her at BRANHAVEN. I will take it a step further. The owner saw me (who I have waived to while passing him in the past) and told me if I need anything please let him know he would do what he could for me. All of the above are the reasons why I recommend BRANHAVEN and would purchase another car here. I will tell you that who ever works in HR and does the hiring is part of the reason this place is successful. It is all about the culture of a company and they certainly understand customers needs. Thank you to all of the staff and anyone that I might have left out because they are part of the culture. Always remember anyone can sell you something but it all comes down to how they handle the problems when they occur that matters. More

Customer service at its best! I have worked for my company for 23 yrs and I have been in several position with the company. I always go above and beyond for my internal and external customers which separates me from most of my competition. The experience I had after walking into the dealership for the first time last week was excellent. I just happen to meet a customer of Branhaven's I hired several years ago who since retired from our company. He told me that he purchase 3 cars from Johnathan and he is very good.I met Jonathan my salesman last week and I told him I was at least 6 months away from the purchase. He is a very well put together young man with passion for his job and a drive to succeed. Since I am not an impulse buyer I went home and discussed it with my wife and explained how I met a great kid today and he reminded me of myself several years ago. That being said my wife and I went back on Saturday to look at the Truck. Jonathan was not expecting me because I told him I would not make any decisions for six months and he should touch base with me then. He came right over and remembered me and made my wife and I feel very comfortable. Obviously the goal for them is to sell cars but they do not push you into feeling as if you wished you never pulled in the driveway. He took the time to show my wife the truck and took us for a ride. When we got back to the dealership I once again left to gather my thoughts with no pressure but an understanding that there was some interest on both sides. Several hours later I returned back to the dealer and the sales manager came up to me to introduce themselves, invited us in the office and we didn't even converse about the Truck I wanted to purchase. Now I knew why Jonathan was the worker he has become. Duncan and Carlos who are the sales managers (want you to buy a car obviously or they would not keep their jobs) want to make sure you are making the correct decision so you are placed in the correct vehicle. After taking in the whole experience I purchased a Dodge 1500 Limited with the 3.0 Diesel motor, This truck was driven by the sales manager Duncan prior to the purchase. He called me just a few hours later at 9:00pm to ask me how did I enjoy the ride home and was I happy with the vehicle, that said a lot about him. He is a guy that works many hours in a week and probably just got home but took the time to make the call. It is roughly 5 days since I stepped foot in Branhaven for the first time but my experience has been very good. I am not an easy guy to please and this is the first time in my 49 years that I moved forward before the time I allotted in my mind. Obviously it will be important to see how they handle a situation if I even have one down the road. I would tell you that if you are looking for a car you should go to Branhaven you will not be disappointed. I would even say that any dealer should go to Branhaven so they can learn how a customer wants to be handled. Oh yeah, the coffee wasn't bad either! More

New truck! Branhaven is by far the best dealership ive been to in a while. They helped me so much to put me in a new 2014 dodge ram 1500. I absolutely love it. New Jeep Compass Lease I worked with Jonathan and Brandon on a lease for a new Jeep Compass for my son. I was able to do the entire transaction long distance from California I worked with Jonathan and Brandon on a lease for a new Jeep Compass for my son. I was able to do the entire transaction long distance from California although my son is currently residing in Connecticut. Johnathan and Brandon made this a great experience with friendliness and extra effort to make this the best lease for us. I would highly recommend Branhaven Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Robert Lavallee steered us to Jonathon Minichino, the sales associate, telling us we were in good hands. Boy was he right!!! Jonathan was low-pressure and really cared to make sure we got the vehicle that we wanted. When we picked up our Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jonathan spent over an hour getting us acquainted with our new Jeep. He was both knowledgeable and helpful when answering our questions. Brandon Campbell also was no pressure, and he walked us through the financing, making it easy. All in all, this is the way car buying should be. More

I told him I was looking to buy in a few months, but ended up calling him 3 days later and requested another test drive with my husband. Once again Jonathon explained all the features, guarantees, and important information during the test drive. Both my husband and I fell in love with the car. We left to drive another make and model but called later the same day to finalize the sale. He always made time for us and made us feel like we were getting what we wanted for the price we could afford. Wonderful experience. More

Jonathan is very knowledgeable about both the stock of the dealership and the vehicles themselves. He was forthcoming about the entire process and was not pushy. Jonathan made me feel at ease. The entire experience was great. I am from out of state and was buying out of my lease over a year early, and the dealership eloquently handled the complicated situation. I showed up to pick my car and the entire process was already complete requiring no effort from myself to either get my car registered out of state or to deal with breaking my lease early. I will absolutely be a lifetime customer of Branhaven. More
