Sold me a care that supposedly has no problem with the car disregarded any concerns i had as a first time buyer. This was my first time buying a car, failed to show me a car fax on the car. I didn't know car disregarded any concerns i had as a first time buyer. This was my first time buying a car, failed to show me a car fax on the car. I didn't know the proper procedures and processes that should be done by a sales rep when selling a car, until after I discovered problems on my car. if he took the proper procedures giving me good information on the car, it would have changed my decision on choosing this specific Car. I even felt rushed into signing the papers without any consideration for me as a buyer to buy something I’m satisfied with. when you buy a certified car, that means you shouldn’t find any hidden surprises on the car days later. I can't say enough about this dealership. I've bought 7 cars from them and the service department is the absolute best, thanks to all but specially Susana. I come from Brooklyn, don't mind paying the tolls cars from them and the service department is the absolute best, thanks to all but specially Susana.
