Double Kudo's to Joshua in the Service Dept for Ford Diesels. He does a terrific job and whatever he gets paid, he does not get paid enough. Every time I go to Don Davis Ford, Jonathan Pope goes above and beyond to take care of me. My 2017 F150 was in the service department less than an hour, from getting general maintenance work done on it. above and beyond to take care of me. Would have been okay but I asked to please put air in my tires and they did not!!! I had to sit in line at Discount Tire for at least 45 minutes for air, this was Friday Dec 23rd had a lot of shopping to tires and they did not!!!
