My Sales rep didn't identify what I wanted or valued, just kept pushing features of the vehicle that were unimportant to me. He falsely claimed that I would get a good value for my Trade-in, and I didn't just kept pushing features of the vehicle that were unimportant to me. He falsely claimed that I would get a good value for my Trade-in, and I didn't. Then he also did very little to move on price of the vehicle . Overall unenjoyable process. Dealership didn't really work with me, and was not a good customer experience. I bought the car because BMW is my preferred brand, the mileage was low, and the car was in great condition. Braman didn't do a good job of building my loyalty. More

Lots of beautiful cars. As an out of towner, I was a bit overwhelmed with the size of the dealership and knowing where to go. It took longer than expected to get my tag transfer, but it all came through in the end. I had inquired about formats as part of my purchase. The parts dept showed them as in stock but when I went to pick them up they were out of stock. The parts department had them shipped directly to me. Overall I was pleased with the experience. More
