The service department doesn't know what they're doing. The vehicle I bought from them was a brand new 2023 Mazda cx 30. The problem happens when you are traveling from 40 to 50 mph closest to the 50 mph r The vehicle I bought from them was a brand new 2023 Mazda cx 30. The problem happens when you are traveling from 40 to 50 mph closest to the 50 mph range on the speedometer, the vehicle would vibrate. So, I took back to the 495 Mazda dealership where I purchase the vehicle. The service advisor Jonathan told me the routers on the vehicle were slightly warped. He said they would machine the routers, why the dealership didn't replace the routers on a 2-week-old vehicle is beyond my comprehension. I picked up the vehicle and immediately noticed the same problem vibrating closest to 50 mph range. I then took the vehicle back once again to the 495 Mazda dealership and they kept my vehicle for 2 weeks, out of frustration I called the Mazda manufacturer to file a claim and the end result is, the dealership can't find anything wrong with the car. This is very surprising to me considering the vehicle was at the dealership for two whole weeks, it takes 2 weeks to find out there's nothing wrong with a vehicle? My brand new vehicle still vibrates after bringing it to the dealership on two separate occasions. More
