Jonathan was great in getting my B2 service done and my brakes. Went in on a Saturday and was expecting stay there all day. Turned out it was just a few hours. This was absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. I purchased my RDX during the COVID pandemic. Everybody at Goodson was careful to wear masks and use sanitizer. I appreciated that since I ever had. I purchased my RDX during the COVID pandemic. Everybody at Goodson was careful to wear masks and use sanitizer. I appreciated that since I am in one of those vulnerable health groups. My sales consultant- Matt Farr- communicated both well and consistently throughout the entire process. He really impressed me when he advised me to reconsider some of the extras I was considering adding to my RDX. He took time to explain what each addon was and how they worked well (or not) together. He essentially was turning down money. Who does that? An honest person.. that's who! Matt was always friendly and educated me well on my SUV. He gave me his personal number and offered that I could call him with any questions at any time. His customer service was impeccable! I recommend Matt and Goodson with no reservations! More
