The car service was good but customer service was only up 75% helpful. they offered to charge me to $250 break into my car, which I had to outsource for much lower price ($120), as well as refused to tow up 75% helpful. they offered to charge me to $250 break into my car, which I had to outsource for much lower price ($120), as well as refused to tow my car to the dealership which is a service usually offered. This cost me an additional $150. Eventually my repairs were completely covered by my warranty. Unfortunately I had to pay almost close to my total car note for the month just to have my car serviced, (bad battery from dealership) even though repairs and transportation should have been Completely covered by my warranty. Also my car was not completely diagnosed and other problems we’re not addressed for other needed repairs. More

Service advisor Johnathon was very patient with my questions and I did not feel rushed at all which was great. I appreciated the clean bathrooms and cold drinks. I will be back. Professional, courteous service dept staff. Provided honest, clear assessment of work needed on car. Clean facility with nice breakroom to work.
