During the COVID period the service experience dropped but I kept going back because they had the unique service knowledge and experience that no other dealership could provide. I felt special and I was treated like royalty. Yesterday I was able to get in get out in record time. There was a concierge as in past years, the service was performed with lightening speed and the multi-point vehicle inspection report was invaluable. Way to go, Goodson!

They still had the part from when I had missed my appointment about a month ago, so I’m glad that I wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. Johnathan was really friendly and informative for me on the work being done as I waited for my car. Total visit was about one hour and a half, and it was pretty comfortable to sit in the waiting area with my snacks and books. Still would prefer here than the Park Place location.
