The only reason this dealership received 2 stars is I love my car but that is not any reflection of this dealership which in my experience deserves a negative 2. My experience there was all about pressur love my car but that is not any reflection of this dealership which in my experience deserves a negative 2. My experience there was all about pressure, not listening to any my concerns about financing, as a matter of fact, did what I asked them not to do. Put my co-owner first, over extended my credit card for my down-payment, all of which has cost me money. PLUS when I went in for my free oil change, I was told by the service person I needed new tires after driving less than 2000 miles with a new used car barely a year old at the time of purchase. It reeked of cigarettes that had to be ionized 3 times and thoroughly scrubbed on the inside.- I love the car but I do not recommend this dealership. Any future service for my vehicle and any future purchases will be somewhere besides this dealership. The old term "used car sales staff" was my experience, customer satisfaction was NOT my experience, it was about the commission to be made.. More

Horrible Business So where do I start. ..I purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride the top of the line edition. First the sales people wanted to super low ball me on a 2008 GMC Denali that was in ne ..I purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride the top of the line edition. First the sales people wanted to super low ball me on a 2008 GMC Denali that was in near perfect condition by offering 2000-3000.... KBB isn't even that low. I later sold the vehicle for $14000. The Telluride came with a tow package but no ball on the hitch. My driver window will not roll up at higher speeds which I see has been an issue online with other blogs and forms but no recall at this moment. Last time i was told they will look at it. I wanted synthetic oil which they acted like it was a problem even though I'm willing to pay the difference. I asked the last 2 times about a spot on my leather seat which was from the sun before I got the windows tinted due to it hittingthe mirrorjust right. I have heard nothing about that. I was told someone would contact me and no one ever did. The dealership even took pictures. My Telluride sounds rough like the lifters are tapping not sure if it's supposed to sound that way or because of how cheaply made things are now a days. I would avoid this place at all cost they are a typical car dealership trying to sell you everything but not fix or honoring their part. I have a scratch in the rim not sure how that got their but paid extra for the rim warranty(84 months) and I'm sure it will not be fixed. Although Kia looked like it had good warranties it seems like they stall so the mileage goes past the written number of miles so that they can say it's not covered by warranty. I do plan on filing a Better Business Bureau complaint, complaints with their corporate office and even with the state. If I paid for something you will not get away with taking my money and not doing your part. If that's the case refund me the money you stole. When you call to try to schedule maintenance the people are rude or "too busy at the moment but you can schedule it online." That's great customer service what about the elderly people or people who don't have access online. I never had these issues with the Toyota Dealership and have given Kia of Wesley Chapel chance after chance only to be let down again and again. Do not do business with them. More
