I like to ask very detailed questions and Charles has always been very patient with me, and he is extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend him highly to my family and friends, and would definitely work with him again. Another representative who I would like to call-out specifically as being key to my positive experience is Jonny Pham, on his amazing delivery presentation. Jonny leads an excellent info session and delivery experience. He anticipated and answered all of our technical questions easily and efficiently. Jonny has wonderful method to his delivery process.
