I went to get a new car at Mercedes’ Benz in natick and they got the car I wanted . Even though I knew what I’m getting, the salesman Vito offered to test drive the car . I had told him I can’t stay very long and took that consideration and I got the car in no time . When I came back to pick up the car . I went to finance and dealt with it . Then the young fellow Jonny Pham took his time to really explain in detail what things I’m not sure about my new car .. and able to show me what I needed to know and much more .. I was pleased with him and he was very pleasant and humble throughout the process . So thank you so much . Now I can enjoy my new car .. More

Howard Rosenberg was a great salesman who helped me to order my new Mercedes exactly the way I wanted it. When it’s finally time to pick up my new car, Howard came to pick me up from my house, and Johnny Pham then started going over the new car with me. Johnny was extremely patient and enthusiastic in showing me all the new features and how to operate the controls, he spent hours going over everything with me and also helped me to set up the app in my cell phone.
