Hard to deal with, does not honor advertised sale pricing (advertised sale price 18,000) was told that I could not get that price. Does not work well with customers on trade in deals, the dealer walked away (advertised sale price 18,000) was told that I could not get that price. Does not honor lease insurance for damages, as they do not like going thru Toyota (was told this by Johnnie) which I didn't understand as they are a Toyota dealer. I didn't notice until I got home but the sales paperwork was dated 5 days prior to the date of the actual sale. I specifically asked if there were 2 car fobs for the car and was told yes, but I only received one, thought maybe it was in the car, nope. When I called the dealer was told to go to a local keymaker and tell them that the Toyota dealer sent me to them and they would make me a fob. Went at day/time I was instructed to go and the keymaker did not know anything about it. I then proceeded home and called the dealership and explained that the business they sent me to had no idea I was coming and I asked why couldn't they make me a fob at the dealership. At which point I was told that they don't do that and they contracted with the business they sent me to. I was given another date/time to return to the keymaker to get a fob for my car, and then I was to stop at the dealership to pick up the floor mats for my car. The keymaker is in a less than desirable area and I felt less than safe going there, but I did show up as directed and got a fob made. Then when I went to get the floor mats at the dealership Johnnie (as the dealership calls him) gave someone else an old beat up front mat and 2 old beat up mats for the back seat area and told me he would have someone look around to find me another front floor mat and he asked someone to put them in my car as he was busy. Well the mats did not fit my car and the other salesman must have felt embarrassed as he got me a new set of car mats which i appreciated very much. To say the least, my experience with this dealership (from beginning to end) was not a good one. More
