The Salesman, Jordan, was very helpful and patiently answered all of our questions. He helped us evaluate several different possible cars, and worked with us on the pricing for our trade in. Within a week our car was ready for delivery and he spent the time needed to familiarize us with the car, its settings and operation. The Finance portion of the sale was handled by Q, and he did a good job to show us the various warranty options available. The one time I would like to see in the future, is that I had requested the pricing information for extended warranties prior to the closing, which did not happen. If the customer requests this in advance, it should be provided ahead of time , so that the customer can think about the options available. Overall, an excellent experience at Wilde Toyota. More

Started out on the used car side and was treated rudely and abruptly by the salesman(didn't even get his name). Once we mentioned that we might be looking to buy a new car he completely lost interest with and abruptly by the salesman(didn't even get his name). Once we mentioned that we might be looking to buy a new car he completely lost interest with us and told us to talk to the new car guys. We then walked to the new car lot and were browsing when we were met by Jordan Arsnow. Jordan went out of his way to answer our questions and concerns. We didn't end up purchasing a car but Jordan is everything I look for at a dealership. He is personable, professional and very knowledgeable. A definite 2 thumbs up! More

I would have ranked our experience at Wilde Toyota higher than "5", but "5" was the highest possible. My wife and I bought our first new car in 1980 from Wilde Toyota. (1980 Tercel). The last time we purchased a new car was from anywhere, was 1988. I am 65years old and this will probably be our last new purchase. Wilde Toyota and their employees are first class now, just like they were in 1980. Jordan Arson (Certified Sales Consultant) was very personable, helpful, and always kept us up to date on the status. He helped us get setup with our smart phones over blue tooth to the vehicle, and went through all the features of the new Sienna. Jason Thielen (Finance Manager) was friendly, helpful, and provided us all the information that we could have wanted. (I've been to other dealers, and my experience was that the Finance Manager was just "mailing it in". They seemed irritated with questions) It was just the opposite with Jason Thielen. We purchased the Platinum Extended Warranty and I have "NEVER" purchased extended warranty for anything. It was too good to pass up. I remember in the 1960's when it was a really cool experience to purchase a new car. (Like when my older brother purchased a new car, a 1967 AMC Javelin) This experience reminds me of that time.
