This is our 3rd lease from this dealership, and it was a great experience, again. Jordan greeted us at the door, and we were his only focus throughout the course of the transaction. We've had other experi great experience, again. Jordan greeted us at the door, and we were his only focus throughout the course of the transaction. We've had other experiences where the sales person was working with multiple people at the same time and it took all day, and added frustration. NOT the case here, Jordan devoted his attention to us the entire time. Ian, the manager, came out to talk to us and recognized that we were repeat customers. He thanked us for our return patronage. After deciding on our new truck, we worked with Charlie in finance. He got us within the range we wanted, with coverage that we needed. At no point through this process did we feel pressured to choose a vehicle or finance plan that was beyond our budget. And at the end of the night, even beyond his working hours, Jordan stayed to make sure that we were all tech-hooked up and familiar with the new features. There is a reason we keep coming back, and we plan to continue to do so! Thank you Wilde Toyota! More
