I want to take a moment to recognize Jordan Holt at Tom Gill Chevrolet for going above and beyond in every sense of the word. I came in frustrated after visiting multiple dealerships that had wasted my Gill Chevrolet for going above and beyond in every sense of the word. I came in frustrated after visiting multiple dealerships that had wasted my time and didn't have my best interests at heart. I was honestly ready to settle for something I wasn't fully happy with just to be done with the process. Jordan sensed that immediately. Instead of taking advantage of my frustration and closing a quick sale, he stopped and asked me a simple but powerful question — would I still be happy with this car in 8 months? That one question changed everything. He took the time to truly understand what I needed for my family and came back with a vehicle and deal that far exceeded what I thought was possible. I walked out with a 2020 Chevy Traverse AWD that checks every single box. Jordan is honest, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. If you are shopping at Tom Gill Chevrolet, ask for Jordan Holt. You will not be disappointed. He restored my faith in the car buying experience and I could not be more grateful. Thank you Jordan — you made a real difference for me and my family! More
