My experience at the dealership was not very satisfying. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., but I didn’t get my car back until 11:00. Waiting three hours, even with an appointment, feels excessive. At other dealerships I’ve been to, the service is faster, the staff is more courteous, and they usually return my car clean. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel that extra effort here to make customers feel valued. Overall, it wasn’t a wonderful experience that would make me want to stay with this dealership. More
