All employee was very nice and helpful in all part of the car sale. Alena ask the right question at first to get us in the right vehicle. Alena was very knowledgeable about each vehicle we look at. She was costumer friendly and answered our question. Her great attitude and a positive vibe from her made us comfortable with her. You could tell that she love her job. Mark in finance was great. Getting us in and out as fast as he could. Shanne with tech support showed us all the feature of the car and got us set up with KIA app so we can do remote starting. Also, she get us set up with XM radio. Overall a great experience with no pressure to buy. This made our day easier for sure. More

Dealership is welcoming and friendly. Sales person was waiting for us right at the door for our appointment. We had asked for a test drive in a Niro electric. The car was ready for us. We Sales person was waiting for us right at the door for our appointment. We had asked for a test drive in a Niro electric. The car was ready for us. We quickly arrived at a price. The only bump in the road was an overly pushy finance person who really wanted us to buy one of 4 or 5 levels of added warranty. All the research I've read on these added warranty or service products say they are not worth it. When we picked up vehicle we had about an hour long tutorial on all the basic operations plus the bells and whistles of this feature-loaded EV. This was very helpful, if a bit overwhelming. She followed up with a call a few days later just to se if we had more questions. One other disappointment - we asked both the sales person and the "tech tutor" if they could give us contact info for an electrician to install a charger in our garage. They both looked totally blank at this. Since any EV buyer with a garage or carport will want a charger it is info widely needed, AND a day or so after this, a relative reminded me that the local utility (Duke Progress Energy) has been running a charging installatioon program which included both providing the electrician AND a credit of up > $1,000. How did the dealership NOT know about this??? More
