I had originally got a 2021 Kia Forte about 3-4 months ago. Unfortunately due to my wonderful luck, I was in a major accident and the car was totaled. Once I was healed up enough to get a new car, Josh Flowers and Alisha Hawthorne made my anxiety and stress levels to a literal 0, absolute angels - was able to get in and get another car, process took hours dealing with insurance companies to send paperwork about the old car, but josh was extremely patient! At the end, even though we couldn’t get all that info sent in they let me take the car home and wait for the remaining paperwork to get sent over. They are really the sweetest and most understanding - down to the service line, I didn’t get his name but they extra cleaned and washed the car for me and wanted to something a little extra from my situation. Now I have a nice Fall Vibe GT Line - I couldn’t ask for nicer and more understanding people! More
