Professional, courteous and no pressure! I was searching for a used truck a few weeks ago and stopped at Kia of Asheville to peruse their inventory. I was greeted by Mike Baxley who provided excellent advice and guidance; however, he only had a few trucks on the lot that met my criteria. He suggested I review the corporate website for options at their other dealerships in the region. And, if I found a good match, Mike would bring the vehicle to Asheville for a test drive. I located a used Toyota Tundra at their dealership in Hickory, called Mike and he delivered. He called when the truck arrived in Asheville, called the morning of my test drive and came in early to ensure it was ready to go. Afterwards, we negotiated a great deal and at no time did Mike pressure me to buy. He remained professional, respectful and calm. A refreshing departure from the car salesmen of yesteryear. Once talking to Jared and figuring out what we wanted to do. Aaron took great care of us. Getting us to the payment that I felt comfortable with. No pushing no pulling. Bam. Car bought. Jared took back over. He got all the apps set up. Made sure I was all good to go. What started with a Saturday oil change turned into a fun chat with Josh to a new car.
