It was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE at Paramount Kia. I've never felt so seen, understood, and heard when it comes to my values and needs around the best vehicle for my family. Jarrad made my car buying experience such a joy! I felt comfortable, confident and informed about all my options every step of the way. It's rare to walk on to a car lot and not feel intimidated, talked down to, or coddled.
