My service person Jordan was very helpful and kind. The cashier was wonderful as well. The rental car however, was disgusting. It was so dirty I thought it was a customer car. Maybe the cashier picked up cashier was wonderful as well. The rental car however, was disgusting. It was so dirty I thought it was a customer car. Maybe the cashier picked up the wrong keys? Nope, this car was for me. I told the cashier I’d like a different car and she was very gracious and put me in another rental. This one was cleaner, but still not clean. There were crumbs in the cup holder and a used masking tape lint roller strip in the door panel. Especially during Covid I would’ve expected better. I ended up getting it cleaned on my own dime. It was too dirty to drive for 4 days. More
