He explained everything very well and I learned a couple of things. I will ask for him again in the future. We bought our RAV4 at Findlay 5 years ago and we've only gone there for service. There is another Toyota dealer much closer to our house that we took our last Toyota to, but Findlay has been so good that it's worth the extra 20 minute drive to go there. They are the best. Their scheduling is also very easy to use. More

Seems very honest, professional and answered all my questions and easy to talk to. I drive all the way from Spring Valley because I have yet to have a bad experience at this dealership. Staff are all helpful and friendly. Seems like a well run place. Never have to wait long for my car when serviced and the lobby is very comfortable with spotless bathrooms and free coffee, and food/snack items available for purchase. More
