We had leased several cars from Hassett over the last decade, 2 ford and a Subaru. Most recently, we got a better deal on a 3 row (weve since had a third baby) from another dealer/manufacturer, so we did decade, 2 ford and a Subaru. Tim Coppola, who we’ve never dealt with, clearly didn’t like that when we told him. First he told my husband the lease wasn’t paid off, when a third party had bought it out over a month prior. Then when we double checked and called back to let him know, he was extremely rude and nasty and hung up the phone on me. Going forward I won’t be recommending them to anyone; Jordan who used to work there was lovely but he’s no longer with them. More
