Overall they have been very helpful except the time I lost my one key they give you when you buy a used car. When I first called to see if I could get a replacement key a nice young man said they could h lost my one key they give you when you buy a used car. When I first called to see if I could get a replacement key a nice young man said they could help me but when I came up there some older man a manager told me to call a lock smith the key then cost me $350.00. I want be buying any more used car from them unless they provide me with two keys!!! More

Dealership sales are nice. Prices are too high. Used cars are more expensive than new ones. Service center is terrible and a rip off. They claimed tires dry rotted and want alm Prices are too high. Went to pep boys and got tires, alignment and warranty for less than 700….found out my lug nut key is now missing from car as well. Also only do oil changes at service center and they said my oil plug was stripped out….I wonder since it’s the only place I have oil changes done since they are free, who stripped out the oil plug and trying to make me pay 20 dollars for a 5 dollar part that they damaged. More
