We always feel like we are dealing with extended family when we visit, whether on the showroom floor or in service. So nice to see that their is a high rate of retention among staff in the various departments. They understand my financial limits and work with me to solve my service issues to keep my GTI on the road. They go above and beyond to make sure I know that VW is like no other car manufacturer. I can't express enough how much they treat meet like a valued customer and find ways to help me to keep my costs to a minimum.
