I had a somewhat ok experience with Lexus of Pembroke Pines. We found a nice used vehicle for our daughter and were awaiting for it to get out of service as it was a new trade in. Once it was out of service and detailed, we drove 3.5 hours to come see it with the intent to purchase. When we arrived, the car was a bit rougher than I was anticipating. The car was barely detailed and still dusty on the interior in a lot of spots. There was also glitter embedded into the entire dashboard like the previous owner used shimmer body spray. They ran it through the detail shop again and it came back a little bit better and I figured I’d just do it right on my own. We took it for a drive and overall the car felt good. I noticed the brake pedal seemed to push nearly to the floor and I mentioned it to my sales person Dulce, and she said that it’s ok because they wouldn’t sell a car that didn’t pass safety inspection. We decide to purchase the car and on my 3.5 hour drive home, I can tell that something isn’t right with the brakes. I decide to take it to my local dealership for a thorough inspection of the entire braking system and 2 hours later they tell me that the brake master cylinder is failed internally and also the brake booster isn’t building pressure properly. This repair was going to cost nearly $3000 for parts and labor. At this point I’m really upset and I pull the service notes from myLexus app on the vehicle and I see the inspection that Pembroke Pines did and it clearly states “Brake pedal travel excessive” from their own technicians notes…AND THEY DECIDED THAT PASSED SAFETY AND WAS GOOD ENOUGH TO PUT FOR SALE AND KNOWINGLY PUT A 17 YEAR OLD BEHIND THE WHEEL. I called PPLexus immediately and after being told the car was sold “as is” and there’s nothing we can do about it, I finally was able to talk to “Jay” who was a manager and he said he would ship me the parts and I had to cover the labor out of my own pocket. The labor ended up being $900. The car also needed an alignment because the steering wheel was 5 degrees cocked to the left. So in summary. I had to put $1100 into a car I bought off of them in order to have it safe to drive. Not the greatest experience buying a vehicle but I’m glad they at least tried to do something by sending the parts. More

We recently purchased a SUV from Lexus of Pembroke Pines, and I can absolutely say it was one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Kazi and his fellow team members went above and beyond t and I can absolutely say it was one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Kazi and his fellow team members went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and secure throughout the process. He genuinely cared about helping us to get the best deal possible, and his dedication was evident every step of the way. At one point we were thinking that Kazi was the one buying this vehicle because his enthusiasm was so infectious. We had a 7 hour drive back home and he called while we were on the road to make sure that we were doing OK and if we were satisfied with our purchase. The Lexus team walked us through the entire process with the utmost of professionalism, making what can often be a long and stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable. We are thrilled with our purchase and couldn’t be happier with the deal we received. Thank you, Kazi for making this such a great experience! More

I came in to get my leased car (from another Lexus dealership) financed through Pembroke Pines. Everything went smoothly, financials were run, papers signed, spoke to Lexus Financial and had my file n dealership) financed through Pembroke Pines. Everything went smoothly, financials were run, papers signed, spoke to Lexus Financial and had my file notated to expect the payoff of check from the lender within 10 days. The following day, I received a call from the dealership stating they pulled the offer and now I was left without my car that I wanted to buyout from the lease. The reasoning was “they don’t finance lease buyouts anymore”. Wish I knew that before this whole hassle. My car was sold at auction and I’m without a car. Very upset over this. I feel like there should be some type of compensation from the dealership for not fulfilling their part. More
