I have brought my 2021 Nissan Rogue to this establishment four times now. I bought this vehicle brand new, so new I was able to rip the plastic off the carpets and seats myself. It has been making a cricket four times now. I bought this vehicle brand new, so new I was able to rip the plastic off the carpets and seats myself. It has been making a cricket like noise since I got it and has not stopped. It has now almost been a year and the service department cannot seem to solve my issue. They want to remove pieces and add in cushions to “make it better” with a bandaid. This is not working. I had my new 370z serviced there to fix my convertible top since it wasn't closing properly. When I got it back, it had glue stains on the trunk, sides and hood of the car. When I took it back, the manage top since it wasn't closing properly. When I got it back, it had glue stains on the trunk, sides and hood of the car. When I took it back, the manager Jorge Macias "reviewed" the video recording of the repair and came back and told me it was caked on bird poop. What a crock of "xxxx" (literally). He is the reason why people don't trust dealers. More

I gave them my car a day early so they could accomplish the recall fix and do an oil change. Here it is at 5:53 PM and the service section is closed and won't answer the phone and no one called me all day the recall fix and do an oil change. I need to speak with the manager of this location. The one whom oversees all the departments or the regional manager. I need to cancel my contract which falls under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015, in whi one whom oversees all the departments or the regional manager. I need to cancel my contract which falls under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015, in which if any purchased used or new vehicle has ANY mechanical problems I am entitled to full 100% refund of the sale. I am canceling my contract! I need to speak with someone who knows what they are doing and who will assist in this process. I have been given the run around since last Thursday, when I had to have my newly purchased jeep renegade towed to the location I purchased it from on the 6th of July through Ghilberto. My vehicle had not been even looked at. No one will return my calls! I've been calling every day several times a day and not once have I gotten anywhere. I may lose my job due to not having a vehicle to get to work, which is this branches responsibility. I am in tears because of frustration. This is the worst experience I've ever had! I purchased my vehicle on the 6th of July. I have not even put 20 miles on the thing. It stopped running the 15th of July! I had to Vehicle towed into Universal Nissan the morning of the 15th. I have been transferred to so many different departments of which not one person helped me. No one has called me back. I had to physically go to the store so I could speak with ANYONE! I was told by Ruben that I can't return the vehicle and cancel my contract, which is not true at all. I also haven't been able to work being I've not had any transportation. I also purchased the best warranty in which states I was to receive a rental car. None of these things have been honored by Nissan. I am very disappointed with their customer service! I know the sales department employees have been kind but not helpful at all. I would like to think that this is just a fluke but unfortunately I don't feel that is the case. It appears as though NO ONE has any real sales knowledge. Their goal is to push us out the door and hope it will go away. More

Hello. I had diagnostics run on my Nissan Rogue transmission. They said the car transmission was completely broken and needed a new transmission. The estimate was around $4200. I later found out th transmission. They said the car transmission was completely broken and needed a new transmission. The estimate was around $4200. I later found out that those CVT transmissions were originally defective by Nissan and there is a class action lawsuit on that. They have not provided the diagnostics report either. Not very impressed. More
