I just leased a new Atlas and Jorge was a dream to work with! I usually dread car shopping to be honest. As a woman, I feel like car salesmen don’t always take me seriously. This was not the case with Jorg with! I usually dread car shopping to be honest. As a woman, I feel like car salesmen don’t always take me seriously. This was not the case with Jorge! He listened to everything I said and never once tried to pressure me into purchasing something I didn’t want (or need!) He made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable! The dealership itself was a beautiful building. All white and very clean! All of the employees seemed to be enjoying themselves which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. As someone who works in customer service, these are things I tend to notice. So thank you to Kelly VW for a great experience. Especially to Jorge for being so kind and knowledgeable! I will send my friends and family your way when it’s their time to car shop! More

Jorge Ochoa, is the opposite of every car salesman stereotype I’ve ever heard. We were test driving cars at a few other dealers and choose the VW (again) because of Jorge. My daughter was buying, howe stereotype I’ve ever heard. We were test driving cars at a few other dealers and choose the VW (again) because of Jorge. My daughter was buying, however, you would have thought we were buying as well. He was extremely polite. He was very interested in what she was looking for vs. trying to sell her something. He even offered to come in on his day off when it was time to pickup the Tiguan. I knew right away the he was someone we can trust and wanted to work with.
