Mechanics are horrible. Charged me 1300 for a new fuel pump in a Tiguan with a destroyed engine. Basic diagnostic skills would have shown the issue. I asked if they could ta Charged me 1300 for a new fuel pump in a Tiguan with a destroyed engine. Basic diagnostic skills would have shown the issue. I asked if they could take the pump out since the car was totaled and I would pay for labor. They told me no. Also the service manager is condescending and sexist. DON'T HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE. GO TO A LOCAL MECHANIC!! More
