Overall, pleased with the cars and the persons I dealt with. Very pleased they fixed an obvious mechanical issue to help close the deal. Upset to find out days later they sold me a car with 4 snow tires i with. Very pleased they fixed an obvious mechanical issue to help close the deal. Upset to find out days later they sold me a car with 4 snow tires in the middle of June with no disclosure. Had to find out in tire shop with leaking tires due to excessive cracking. Dealer never returned my calls to discuss. More

Purchased Ford Explorer from budget lot Worked well with sales team and finance person. Purchase took longer than expected, however staff was kind and waiting room had snacks and beverages.
