This is my second time leasing at this dealer. Overall the experience was smooth and stress-free because of Jorge’s experience, demeanor, and attentive to customer needs. There is one new process which is the experience was smooth and stress-free because of Jorge’s experience, demeanor, and attentive to customer needs. There is one new process which is the insurance change. This can be improved. Being greeted by “we are going to call your insurance to update it” instead of explaining this part of the process is done by an independent company to assist you in the process and finding cost effective options available in the market. That would have much help in the process being computer savvy this was a hiccup in that could very much be improved. This is not related to the sales rep but something new they are doing and can be iron out to be more customer centered instead of felt as a pressure step. More
