Everyone was very nice the only problem was my credit union check was not accepted. The salesman was not clear in relaying that at time of purchase . Very happy with the new vehicle but really upset with the response I received from my salesman when I asked for assistance fixing the carpet issue. Response was “ this is a service issue not mine, I am not response I received from my salesman when I asked for assistance fixing the carpet issue. I bought a new F150 after my other one was totaled and paid cash. So my transaction was, and should have been, simple. I knew what I wanted when I walked in and had a good feel for the market price, thou paid cash. So my transaction was, and should have been, simple. I knew what I wanted when I walked in and had a good feel for the market price, though one can never know for sure how low dealers will go. My transaction was quick and relatively painless. Everything went smoothly. Jorge, the salesperson was very responsive, quickly returning my txt questions. A couple days after I had picked it up, I thought I noticed some pitting on the windshield. Jorge told me to bring it right in and not to worry as they would take care of it. The pits turned out to be just sap from trees (much to my embarrassment). Jorge personally drove me to their Detailer who thoroughly washed the windshield inside and out. After 2.5 weeks I love the truck, no problems! More
