My first car! My friend referred me to Andrew who helped me find my Corolla. I was so nervous about getting approved that I showed up unannounced. He was very honest throughout the entire process and was respectful of my time. He was great to work with. On the dealer side, everything went great with the negotiations and delivery of the vehicle. The only thing that surprised me was that the gas tank was half full. I've never purchased a vehicle from a dealer and not received a full tank of gas. More

We had received an amazing offer from another local dealership for the same vehicle. However, that Highlander was not due to arrive until late September. Heiser honoured that deal and then some. Our sales person Jorgo was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Throughout the process we never felt pressured by him. The sales manager Rex was also very polite, professional, and did everything he could to meet all our request. Overall, our experience at Heiser was great and we would highly recommend this dealership. More

He listened to what we wanted and used that information to recommend a specific trim. He didn't try to over-sell us something we didn't need. We were also considering a minivan and was very patient while we test drove a Sienna and weighed our options. He was helpful without being pushy. We also worked with Bill Lawrence when finalizing the transaction, and he was very personable and accommodating. More
