Jose and Stephen are very customer service driven. The waiting area is clean and they offer refreshments. After my vehicle has been thoroughly checked, with their multi-point inspection, I feel safe The waiting area is clean and they offer refreshments. After my vehicle has been thoroughly checked, with their multi-point inspection, I feel safer driving on busy Florida roads. My oil changes, tire rotations and any future major repairs will be completed at Sport Mazda OBT. If I must note any room for improvement it would be to have vehicles returned on time. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment which seemed to disappear - although I was called to confirm it and I then called back to reconfirm it and explain my vehicle had to be taken on time. I was unfortunately made late to a doctor appointment. It was made VERY clear how pressing my time was and exactly what time I needed to leave. After my car was washed, it sat in the parking lot and no one knew. I was standing in front of Jose for quite a while waiting. Not until I said something, did Jose check on it for me and then Stephen ran out to get it. Didn’t matter at that point. This caused me to miss my doctor appointment and I then still had to pay their office for not cancelling it on time. The previous visit had my husband and me waiting there for over 3 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. This wasn’t even a weekend or late afternoon appointment. More

Sport Mazda’s service has been the first car dealership that has always been a pleasure to work with. Each time we bring our 2021 CX-5 in for service we have been taken care of in a timely manner as we are that has always been a pleasure to work with. Each time we bring our 2021 CX-5 in for service we have been taken care of in a timely manner as we are waiting at the dealership. They keep us informed as the service is being done by messaging and video and they also have a nice waiting area with complementary coffee, tea, bottles of water and even snacks. Never experienced anything more friendly. Try it and see for yourself. Oh I almost forgot to mention, after the service they even washed our car 😊 More
