The whole process from making the appointment through the sale was smooth. Samir was very personable and knowledgeable. It was particularly helpful to work with 2 men who drove a Leaf personally. I personally dislike being sold to and the system of presenting a product for one price (the extended warranty) and then magically the price "just today" is reduced to make the buyer feel better about it is insulting to me. Give people a bit more respect and allow for negotiation, not just blatant bait and switch pricing. I felt Samir was a bit more upfront, but still felt taken. That being said, I would work with him again in a heartbeat and I will refer him to anyone. More
