Leaf Purchase I went to Tynan’s Nissan to look at a 2017 Leaf, then decided to look at a new 2019 Leaf instead. Salesperson, Dan Horvath showed me both vehicles an I went to Tynan’s Nissan to look at a 2017 Leaf, then decided to look at a new 2019 Leaf instead. Salesperson, Dan Horvath showed me both vehicles and was very knowledgeable about the Leaf models. He explained and demonstrated many of the features on the Leaf SV during my test drive. I opted to go with the 2019 model after Dan explained all of the rebates available on the new Leaf. Dan processed my trade and purchase deal through his manager pretty quickly. I was pleased with how easy the whole process was which Dan was great at facilitating and I got exactly what I wanted. Jose Castaneda in Finance was also exceptional to work with in finalizing my purchase. More

Refund for cancellation of Nisaan Extended warranty I bought Nisaan Pathfinder from Tyanan at Aurora. I also bought Nisaan extended warranty which I canceled later after 3 months of purchase. I complete I bought Nisaan Pathfinder from Tyanan at Aurora. I also bought Nisaan extended warranty which I canceled later after 3 months of purchase. I completed all the formalities in order to cancel extended Nisaan warranty. It’s been more than 4 months now, I am trying to follow up with Jose Castaneda for my refund but no response. When I visited the dealership asking for the status of the refund I was sent back many times giving some silly reasons. I sent an email for further follow up, again no response. I am frustrated now to get my money back Post sales services at this center is worst. More
