Very large Hyundai dealership is too busy Overall I was very pleased with the sales representative, the sales/finance manager and the final negotiated deal. But they are so large and so busy Overall I was very pleased with the sales representative, the sales/finance manager and the final negotiated deal. But they are so large and so busy that some things such as standing in line for the payment desk and waiting on what should have been a minor service appointment can be frustrating. I have not heard yet how the new Genesis brand will be handled (i.e. in the current dealer network or separately) but if they want to keep luxury customers happy they will need to lower wait times, improve delivery processes and provide a higher quality and more luxurious experience at the dealer. Excellent customer service Tom Anderson was excellent in finding exactly what I needed and wanted down to the color. Good Jose and most of the staff were great. I did not care for the Finance Manager! Love my Santa Fe. I did feel that I had to wait too long to meet wit Jose and most of the staff were great. I did not care for the Finance Manager! Love my Santa Fe. I did feel that I had to wait too long to meet with a Finance Manager, otherwise I would have been out of there quicker, as my husband was already there and all they had to do was check my credit and have me sign papers. I got there a 5:00 pm and left after 8:00 pm. Again, my husband was already there and the car was getting detailed when I arrived. More
