I have brought my vehicle back MULTIPLE TIMES because I am almost positive the transmission is going out. They keep telling me the car isn’t doing it when they drive it which is HARD to believe because it am almost positive the transmission is going out. Did not cover factory installed part that sheered off after only 2 years. Had good experience with Lake in the past but it appears big turnover in service department and they don’t back the new cars or after only 2 years. Had good experience with Lake in the past but it appears big turnover in service department and they don’t back the new cars or brand name they are selling. Opened a claim with Chevy and if parts and labor are not reimbursed, I will not be buying another Chevy or returning to this dealership. More

The owner performed an oil change. Signed up for an appointment on their website, and was told when I arrive that they probably couldn’t take me. Why would the dealer offer a time for that appointment for an oil change on their website, if they were not going to honor it? Lake Chevrolet did after some discussion however, they did not complete or report on the multi point inspection for the coupon that was used. More
