I arrived at 8am for an oil change and 2 recalls. I left at 11am the oil was changed and one recall was completed. This is the 5th time this recall has not been performed. My steering wheel was cover I left at 11am the oil was changed and one recall was completed. This is the 5th time this recall has not been performed. My steering wheel was covered in oil and paperwork was left on my The 3% charge for using a credit card is ridiculous.I will not be back. More

Overall, ok. They do fix the car well but customer service needs to improve. I have been a long term customer of this service department. I had a car recently fix They do fix the car well but customer service needs to improve. I have been a long term customer of this service department. I had a car recently fixed at this repair shop that took weeks to fix, and I repeatedly requested a loaner vehicle so i could get to work and I was ignored. I sent an e-mail to the dept mgr to complain and that e-mail was ignored too. I also had a problem with one of the service technicians and contacted the dept manager and that complaint was ignored too. They do fix the cars well but I personally no longer feel valued or listened to as a customer. One time I came in with my car. They drove my car into the bay to be looked at, and the next technician drove it back outside and put it back in the lot without even looking at it. When I told them I noticed this they drove it back into the car bay and then actually looked at it. Again, waiting there…felt not valued, under-communicated with, and ignored. More
