Brought my car in with a concern about my Apple CarPlay. It was never addressed when I got in my car to drive it home once again the message about the password appeared. I flagged someone down to get help. It was never addressed when I got in my car to drive it home once again the message about the password appeared. I flagged someone down to get help. Someone took a picture of it got Jose he came out completely confused And unable to help I left, and the problem with the Apple CarPlay was never resolved. More

I visited Lake Chevy to set up an appointment for tire rotation and general check up. Jose said they could do the service immediately if I was willing to wait. I was in and out in 20 minutes, and it saved rotation and general check up. Jose said they could do the service immediately if I was willing to wait. Great customer service received from start to finish. I was happy to receive same day assistance since it was a little later in the afternoon. While my truck remote key was being serviced, there was a co I was happy to receive same day assistance since it was a little later in the afternoon. While my truck remote key was being serviced, there was a comfortable, clean customer seating area with available beverages; this was nice. Very attentive team. More
