Appreciated the professionalism and courteous staff when making my appointment and when I took my car in for service. I was surprised to learn that my 2023 S60 needed tire rotation and wheel alignment wi making my appointment and when I took my car in for service. I was surprised to learn that my 2023 S60 needed tire rotation and wheel alignment with under 18,000 miles. And to learn that those services are not under warranty. I had my routine maintenance done yesterday on my 2019 XC 90. I came and was helped immediately. I was out the door in my loaner car within 15 minutes. I received text messages about service.
