I will never return to Lehighton Kia for anything. I was there for service as I had bought my 2020 Sportage there in May 2020. My boyfriend and I were there for service on mine when they worked a deal on a there for service as I had bought my 2020 Sportage there in May 2020. My boyfriend and I were there for service on mine when they worked a deal on a used Jeep. On the test drive it performed fine. We went through all the financing on the vehicle and took it home. From that very night we experienced issues with the vehicle shutting off at every stop sign and stop light. There was a recall on this vehicle that we were told was no big deal. This IS a big deal. Called Lehighton Kia to rectify the issue to no satisfaction. We asked to be placed in a new vehicle, the answer was no we can’t do that, even when the bank financing the loan said they would do it under the same loan approval. Ramon and his other counterparts at Lehighton Kia just kept referencing that once you drive it off the lot that’s it. They do not stand behind their deals. Yeah Ramon is called the “Deal Maker”. Yeah he’s the deal maker alright but when doing the right thing for the customer, him and Lehighton Kia don’t stand behind their sales. He likes to laugh and smile and joke, but don’t be fooled by all that “niceness”. It’s fake to sucker you in. God forbid you have any issue with a vehicle - his answer will be - you drove it off the lot - and in PA there is no “cool off” period so returning is not an option either. I will never go back here again. If you know what’s good for you, don’t go here either. All they see you as is $$$. They didn’t even want to take us seriously until we said we had money to put down. More
