Mercedes-Benz of Temecula Service Dept was great. I had to wait in my car 15 min to turn it in because they were a little backed up, but everyone there was respectful. Jose is very knowledgeable and was ab to wait in my car 15 min to turn it in because they were a little backed up, but everyone there was respectful. Jose is very knowledgeable and was able to effectively answer all my questions about the recommended repairs. When I came to pick up my car, Manny (as well as Patrick) also helped educate me on reasons I received messages on my car, and made sure I was satisfied with the condition of repairs. Everyone involved with my repairs and interaction made sure I understood the condition of my vehicle, the repairs made and that I had a pleasant experience at Mercedes-Benz of Temecula. More

Amazing work, they went WAY above the call of duty to take care of my car. I’m super impressed with how they took care of me. Had some issues at first but they did so well to fix it including renting me take care of my car. I’m super impressed with how they took care of me.
