Tell me while there is time to get the work done I came in for a 70K mile service, I provided a history of what had been done. When I picked up the car the rep gave me a recommendation to change the I came in for a 70K mile service, I provided a history of what had been done. When I picked up the car the rep gave me a recommendation to change the spark plugs. Why wasn't that recommended while the car was being worked on. That shouldn't take very long. Bottom line is, I ordered the plugs and will just put them in myself. More

Service Department Overall service was great and easy, however with that said, I was disappointed trying to set up my service appointment. I called one afternoon looking to set up an appointment for my vehicle, the operator put me on hold for a while then came back on and shared that there was no service person available to set up that appointment and that she would leave a message and have someone call me back. A day later I had to call back, I never received a call back to set up the appointment. The service and attention I have received in the past has always been outstanding, so this one one aspect was disappointing. More

I saw too much emphasis on appearance and up front flash with much less follow through on facts & truth. It is ALL about the bottom line(outrageous prices) & no where else to take a MB sprinter.
