HOWEVER, my 3 yr old battery installed by you guys almost 3 yrs to the day @ my hone. was wonderful. odd as u replaced my original battery @ 86k miles. . frustrating as your new policy is not to replace batteries on the fly . i drive my car daily; not from lack of use. so your nice young man got it started and i proceeded to take the entire day in escondido to get this done. you could have saved me a huge hassle of a long day driving home in a blinding rainstorm. not kidding. i really hope for the sake of others you change this policy More
