Loved our sales person but the guy that was doing the warranty sales was extremely frustrating. No matter how many times I said no he continued to push. He would have rather I said yes than not be able t warranty sales was extremely frustrating. No matter how many times I said no he continued to push. He would have rather I said yes than not be able to make my payments. What good would a warranty do if I can’t make the payment then get the car repo’d. I finally said yes to the lowest possible to get him to just stop. Totally wanted to get a second job… Pushing and guilt tripping customers like that is extremely unprofessional and pointless. It might be a little bit more to you because you want the sale, but even 5 dollars is a lot to me. More

I have never been so ticked off. Low ball offers on your trade, then they want to tell you what’s wrong with your trade mechanically even though they’ve probably never changed their Low ball offers on your trade, then they want to tell you what’s wrong with your trade mechanically even though they’ve probably never changed their own oil. Salesman looks at KBB and does instant cash offer for my trade. That’s not the trade value. After I left letting everyone there know how I felt, they kept calling. In the end, they actually valued my trade mid KBB trade value which was where I wanted to be. I did the deal just to later find out that the keys they gave me didn’t have the locking fuel door key. I will never be back. BTW I waited about an hour for them to find a key, 30 minutes just to get a salesman to help me even after I called them. More
